    • If GoaPlans cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund to the original method of payment used during booking.
    • Alternatively, depending on availability and your preference, we may offer you an alternative service or reschedule the booking at no additional cost.

3. Returns

  • Service Fulfillment: As we provide travel booking services, returns in the traditional sense do not apply. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us promptly so we can address your concerns.

4. Refund Process

  • Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used during booking, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.
